Bring your firearm in for evaluation. If we choose to purchase your firearm or process a trade, we will give you an offer based on many factors such as firearm quality, brand, etc. This will b paid out in cash, check, or trade, depending on the inividual situation.

We run the serial number through the FDLE stolen gun database before submitting the seller’s information and the firearm information through LeadsOnline. The customer signs thIs form and leaves a thumbprint.

If this is a trade, you will need to complete a 4473 and FDLE background check before leaving with your new firearm.

Florida Statute 790.0655 (Purchase and delivery of firearms; mandatory waiting period; exceptions; penalties.) states:

“(1)(a) A mandatory waiting period is imposed between the purchase and delivery of a firearm.” However “(2) The waiting period does not apply in the following circumstances: “ …”(b) To a trade-in of another firearm.”
